📦 Where do you ship?

We currently ship orders only to Poland.


⏱️ How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days


💰 Do you charge VAT?

No. As a micro-enterprise under the franchise en base de TVA (Article 293B of the French CGI), VAT is not applicable.


🚚 How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


📍 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short time after placement.

📦 What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we will assist you.

❌ Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery (EU law).

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer


💸 When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


📦 What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

We will provide a solution (replacement or refund).


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship only to Poland.
